Directions from Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) to Krogerup Højskole
As you arrive in Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) and exit the customs control area you proceed directly 50 m ahead through the arrival hall and to the DSB ticket office (public transportation). Buy a train ticket to Humlebaek, which costs DKK 108.00 (you can pay with VISA or MasterCard). It is very important that you buy a ticket BEFORE entering the platform and the train, as the penalty for riding a train without a ticket is extremely high and so not worth risking. Choose the platform for trains direction Helsingor. The train runs every 20 minutes. Get off at Humlebaek Station about 50 minutes later (if the trains are on time!). Walk along the main road to Krogerup Hoejskole, it takes about 20 minutes to walk or take a taxi for less than 100 DKK (you can pay with VISA or MasterCard).
If you arrive a day or two before the start of the Summer School you will have to find lodgings in Copenhagen (see here). The trains from the Airport to the Central Station (Hovedbanegården) run frequently.
Train Directions from Copenhagen Central Station (København H) to Krogerup Højskole in Humlebaek
From the Central Station to Krogerup Højskole you take the train direction Helsingør. From the Humlebæk station you walk to Krogerup Højskole - it will take you approx. 20 minutes.

Driving to Krogerup Højskole

Just take highway E47/E55 going north of Copenhagen towards Helsingoer (see p. 1).
At Exit 5 "Humlebaek" (see p. 2, the exit numbers are counting down as you drive north) you leave the highway and turn right down Fredenborgvej toward Humlebaek town center.
Just after crossing down under the rail road tracks (see p. 3) you turn left at the T-junction going north. you migth follow the blue signs towards "Luisiana - Museum of Modern Art".
After a little more than 1 km you pass the museum on your right, and shortly thereafter you reach the church "Humlebaek kirke" - also on your right (see p. 4).
At the church you turn left down Krogerupvej (see p. 5). You cross over the rail road tracks and soon (approx 250 m) you reach Y-fork. Turn left and enter the premisses of Krogerup Hoejskole. There is plenty of parking space.
